Project Coordinator Job Description
Nicely Done Kitchens (“NDK”) is seeking a full time Project Coordinator for its Design / Building full kitchen and bath business platform in Northern Virginia. Since 2003, NDK has been the premiere Kitchen & Bath remodeler in the Northern Virginia market. We are seeking highly motivated, professional, career-driven individuals to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
As an NDK Project Coordinator, roles and responsibilities include:
- Coordination and delivery of materials to renovation project jobsites
- Creation and maintenance of detailed jobsite binders for all renovation projects
- Supervision and inventory / inspection of cabinetry deliveries to client jobsites
- Inspection and inventory management of materials received at NDK’s showroom
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with Clients, Designers, and Project Managers
- Coverage of showroom as necessary
- Ordering and inventory management of all office supply inventory for the showroom
- Creation of initial and final renovation project documents for new and existing clients
- Tracking and management of potential project client leads and referrals in sale system
